My name is Valonia Hardy, and I am a Diné photographer from the Navajo Reservation in Arizona, which is also where I reside. I picked up photography as a hobby to show my view of the Diné People and the Southwest landscape that has surrounded me my entire life. Since then it has become second nature to carry my camera everywhere with me. Other people have noticed and started asking me to capture portraits for the memorable moments of their lives.
